For faster progression, quicker results and to compliment class participation, we offer 121 training sessions.

121 or small group instruction sessions are available in a range of the disciplines taught at our facility, all provided by our Qualified and Knowledgeable team.

We also offer Personal Training sessions for fitness based around functional strength and conditioning work, pad work and interval training. Great for those who are bored of commercial gyms. We can help with weight loss, improving strength and flexibility. Training programmes and dietary advice are available to our clients to help support them in achieving their personal fitness goals.
